Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0

Photoshop Elements 5 for PC was released by Adobe in the fall of 2006. The Hidden Power of Photoshop Elements 5 is not yet released, and will only be published electronically. The result is that Hidden Power tool sets and texts are available only from this website. The advantage is you can get just what you need: if you don't want all the tools or all the text, you can get a lesser package at a lesser price. See the Downloads page for Elements 5 for more information about what is available.

What is new in Elements 5:
As with the previous editions of Elements, Adobe chose to change the implementation of add-ons, along with making some improvements to the program. This means those who purchased and previous version of Hidden Power will need to upgrade to the Hidden Power 5 package to access the tools.

Enhancements to Elements are more geared toward the casual user. Some of the more important additions to Elements 5 by Adobe are listed below:

Adobe Additions:
Color Curves (different than Photoshop, better than nothing)
Flexible Layout Options for Scrapping and Presentation
Animate Photos / Flipbooks
Multimedia Support (cell phones) and Image Sharing Options
Interactive Location Maps
Online Backup Services

Plus enhancements to:
RAW File Support
